Our minimum order for piece dyeing is typically 200 kg per colour for viscose, and 300 kg per colour for cotton. For printing orders, the minimum is generally 500 metres per design per colour. We can discuss smaller trial lots for new clients — please contact us to discuss your specific requirement.

Standard lead times are 5–10 working days for solid dyeing orders and 10–15 working days for printed fabric, depending on design complexity and current production schedule. Express processing may be possible for urgent requirements — contact us to check availability. Lead times for export orders may vary depending on documentation requirements.

Yes. We regularly supply processed fabric to buyers in Sri Lanka, East Africa and the GCC region. We can provide standard export documentation, and use dye inputs that are aligned with Oeko-Tex and GOTS requirements for international retail compliance. Our team can guide you on what documentation your market requires.

Absolutely. The majority of our work is job-work processing — you supply the grey fabric and we dye, print, and finish it to your specifications. We accept viscose and cotton grey cloth in open-width or rope form, and can advise on the right fabric construction for the finish you require.

Send us a physical shade card or Pantone/CMYK reference and we will develop a lab dip — a small dyeing sample — for your approval before bulk production. Lab dip development typically takes 2–3 working days. Once you approve the lab dip, the bulk order colour will be matched to within an acceptable tolerance as agreed with you.

We use dye inputs that are compliant with Oeko-Tex Standard 100 harmful substance restrictions, and our effluent treatment facility meets RAJPCB discharge standards. We are in the process of formalising GOTS certification. For buyers with specific certification requirements, please discuss these with us before placing an order so we can confirm compliance.
