Fabric Intake
Grey cloth received, inspected and sorted by fibre type and weight

Pretreatment
Scouring and bleaching to remove sizing, oils and natural colour

Dyeing / Printing
Lab-matched colour applied via jet dyeing or flat-belt print machines

Washing
Multi-stage hot and cold washing to remove unfixed dye and chemicals

Finishing
Stentering, softening and handle finish to buyer specifications

QC & Dispatch
Shade, width and shrinkage checks before rolling, packing and dispatch
